Grammar
Punjabi puts the verb at the end: ਮੈਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ is literally “I Punjabi learning am”. Once that clicks, most sentences stop looking scrambled.
